Light Control

Window furnishing can effectively control the amount of light entering a space.  Light including UV Light can have detrimental affects on valuable interior furnishings including rugs, carpet, art works and furniture.

Roller blinds made from specialist screen fabrics, shown in the photo to the right, effectively block UV light while maintaining a view to the outside. 

Heavy drape curtains with the addition of a separate block out lining can block up to 100% of the light entering a space.  It is essential that the curtains are made and fitted so that light can not enter from the sides, top or bottom of the curtain.  This is achieved with the use of Pelmets and Side Returns.
